Age: 30. Ish.
Specialty (are they better with technology or magic?): Magic. As far as appearances go he's got parlor magic and not much else (and in certain worlds this is sleight of hand and not even magic). Beyond appearances, however, he's quite a skilled mind-reader.
Skill level (how long have they worked for T.H.E.Y.?): Ten years, give or take.
Basic personality: Some people might call him an idiot savant. And for what it's worth, they'd be wrong. When not at headquarters or with someone he trusts, he tends to be very stupid; by all accounts a fool. A Fool, even, when that goes together with his magic. However, this is extremely misleading. After all, when watching a show one tends to let one's mind wander, and when speaking with a fool one tends to let one's guards down. For someone who can read minds, this is quite a useful talent to have.
He's not quite morally ambiguous. Instead, he is more secure in the somewhat popular opinion that the majority of people are scum; he's read enough minds that this is very nearly not an opinion. However, it's nice when he's proved wrong, which does happen. He likes good books that smell old, and puppies (although he's not fond of dogs), and the color blue.
